1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Brixomi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To use most features of Brixomi, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Brixomi
• You may only have one account per person
• Your username must not impersonate another person or entity
• You must not share your account credentials with others

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create on Brixomi, including bricks, builds, floors, posts, and comments. By posting content on Brixomi, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.

Each creation on Brixomi has an associated license that you choose. Other users must respect the license terms you set on your creations. Violating another creator's license terms is prohibited.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Spam, phish, or engage in fraudulent activity
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to access other users' accounts without authorization
• Use automated bots or scrapers to access the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

5. Premium Subscriptions

Brixomi offers paid subscription plans (Creator and Pro) with additional features. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines. Users can report content that they believe violates these terms. We will review reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

7. DMCA & Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyright has been infringed on Brixomi, please use the report feature or contact us directly. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including removing infringing content.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed, though some content may persist in backups for a limited time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Brixomi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brixomi and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes.
